

ART. 1 – INSTRUCTORS
Cors'Aventure offers teaching and supervision of outdoor sports disciplines: canyoning, sea kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, rafting, white water kayaking, mountain biking, hiking. All activities offered are supervised and insured by state-qualified guides (BEES/DEJEPS) in their respective disciplines and complying with their legal obligations (URSSAF, professional liability insurance, DDCSPP registration, professional credentials).
ART. 2 – REGISTRATION AND BOOKING
All our activities are by reservation only. You have several options: by filling out the online reservation form (www.corse-aventure.com) or by contacting Cors'Aventure directly by email (info@corse-aventure.com), by phone (04-95-25-91-19 / 06-72-03-49-22) or at our base in Eccica-Suarella.
GROUP OUTINGS: Registration is confirmed once the subscriber receives a confirmation email for the chosen outing.
PRIVATE OUTINGS (institutions, companies, associations): Registration is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total service cost and a confirmation email for the chosen outing.
In both cases, the balance will be paid directly to the professional in their own name at the start of the activity.
ART. 3 – PRICING
Cors'Aventure's rates are presented on the website and in the brochure available free of charge at hotels, campsites, tourist offices, etc.
Prices include: organization, supervision provided by a state-qualified guide, and loan of technical safety equipment necessary for the chosen activity (5mm neoprene wetsuit, neoprene socks, helmet, harness, paddle, lifejackets, etc.).
Certain packages include the possibility of borrowing additional equipment on request (e.g., canyoning shoes, etc.)
In all cases, we invite you to refer to the product fact sheet, available on our website or upon request.
Prices do not include: rental of additional equipment (e.g., GoPro, mobile phone), transportation to the activity location (meeting point and practice site) and personal expenses.
For full-day outings, meals (picnic, water, snacks) are the client's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
ART. 4 – PAYMENT METHOD
For supervision services, payment must be made (payable to) directly to Cors'Aventure. This information will be specified upon reservation.
Accepted payment methods: check, vacation vouchers, bank transfer, credit card (secure online payment) or cash.
ART. 5 – PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Our activities are open to everyone; however, depending on the activities and routes, certain conditions must be considered (age limits, swimming ability, technical level, physical condition, etc.).
Cors'Aventure does not have the means to verify the sports skill level of its clients.
It is therefore up to each participant to have evaluated their physical fitness based on the routes they wish to undertake. For these conditions, please refer to the route fact sheets (available on our website www.corse-aventure.com).
For canyoning and white water activities, it is imperative to be able to swim and submerge.
You must not have any medical contraindication to the practice of the chosen activity.
IMPORTANT: If you have no medical contraindication but depend on special medical care or treatments (asthma, diabetes, etc.) or your state of health requires special attention (fragile joints, back problems, mandatory glasses, etc.), you must inform the instructor before the start of the activity and bring appropriate emergency medications according to medical recommendations.
ART. 6 – INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Cors'Aventure is insured for Professional Liability for the activities it provides and for costs incurred by any rescue operation.
We strongly advise each participant to be covered by liability insurance and/or individual accident insurance with an insurer of their choice for the practice of white water and/or mountain sports. Indeed, we cannot substitute for the individual liability of each participant.
The SARL Cors'Aventure is insured for liability for all activities it offers and its liability cannot be engaged for activities booked with other service providers.
In case of bodily injury, the liability of SARL Cors'Aventure and the supervising instructor is released once the victim is taken over by the competent rescue services, and any hospital care will be covered by the injured person's personal insurance.
The practice of outdoor activities takes place in a specific environment called "high-risk".
Each participant is aware that, given the specific nature of the activities offered, they may incur certain risks due in particular to remoteness, isolation and the specific nature of the environment (river, cave, cliff, etc.). They assume them knowingly and must comply with safety rules and follow the advice given by professionals.
The participant/client is responsible for the equipment loaned to them for the activity. The professional cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the equipment provided.
In case of theft or damage to the loaned equipment, the participant/client may be asked to pay compensation for wear or full replacement cost.
The professionals (instructors) and SARL Cors'Aventure cannot be held responsible for loss, theft (including in vehicles) or damage to objects (e.g., glasses, cameras, etc.) that participants may bring with them during the activity.
ART. 7 – CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION BY THE CLIENT FOR FULL-DAY ACTIVITIES
7.1 Cancellation by the client
– Cancellation up to 48 hours: full refund of the deposit
– Cancellation less than 48 hours before: the balance will be required
In case of force majeure and upon presentation of proof, Cors'Aventure may refund the amount paid, but this cannot be required by the client. In all cases, the client undertakes to inform Cors'Aventure of any notifications regarding the reservation: program organization, change in number of participants, delays or cancellations.
7.2 – Interruption during the service
In case of interruption during the service, the client or participant cannot claim any refund.
ART. 7A – CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION BY THE CLIENT FOR STAYS
7.1 Cancellation by the client
– Up to 30 days before departure date: full refund (deposits and total balance)
– Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 30% deposits will be retained, balance will be fully refunded
– Between 15 and 8 days before departure: 50% of total price will be retained
– Between 8 and 2 days before departure: 75% of total price will be retained
– 2 days before departure: 100% of stay price will be retained
ART. 8 – CANCELLATION / EXCLUSION BY CORS'AVENTURE
8.1 – Cancellation
Cors'Aventure instructors reserve the right to cancel or modify the outing based on weather conditions or participant level.
The activity may be cancelled for safety reasons (weather, water discharge, flooding, etc.) or any other case of force majeure. In such cases, a replacement activity will be organized if possible or another date will be proposed. If the outing cannot be carried out, the service is fully refunded without any other compensation claim.
In case of cancellation by us due to insufficient number of participants (fewer than 4 people), registered participants will be fully refunded and cannot claim any compensation.
8.2 – Exclusion
Cors'Aventure instructors reserve the right to exclude a participant who is intoxicated or whose behavior is likely to disrupt the smooth running of the activity or compromise group safety. In this case, the client or participant cannot claim any refund or compensation.
ART. 9 – MEETING POINT
A meeting time and location are systematically communicated to you regardless of the service. For the smooth running of activities and out of respect for other participants and the professional supervising you, please take note of the route sheets and other indications previously sent to you. Plan your journey to arrive on time. We allow a maximum delay of 15 minutes. Beyond this time, instructors will depart and no refund or compensation will be due.
ART. 10 – SUPERVISION OF MINORS:
Unaccompanied minors:
Minors under 14 years old not accompanied by an adult (legal representative) are not accepted in "group" activities.
Minors aged 14 to 18 years old not accompanied may be accepted in "group" activities, subject to parental authorization and certain conditions (sports level, ability, etc.)
In this case, parental authorization will be signed by the legal representative on the day of the activity.
Where the activity requires travel to a site (cliff, canyons, cave, etc.), the minor's transportation must be provided by the legal representative.
Minors in CVL / CLSH / School programs:
The organization organizing the stay or outing must be able to provide the instructor and SARL Cors'Aventure with, for each participant (minor and supervisor)
– a swimming attestation of 25 meters and ability to submerge
– the health form of each participant
Furthermore, Cors'Aventure undertakes to provide the certificates and documents necessary for organizing the stay/outing (DDCSPP accreditation, insurance, instructor qualifications, etc.)
Supervision of minor participants is subject to regulations limiting it to 8 minors and 1 supervisor (maximum). Each group of minors must be accompanied by 2 adults including one center supervisor and the instructor supervising the activity.
ART. 11 – GIFT CERTIFICATE
The gift certificate is valid upon receipt of the full service amount.
The gift certificate is personalized. However, it can be transferred to a person of your choice provided you notify us in advance to modify the new beneficiary's details.
The gift certificate beneficiary must contact us to reserve the outing.
The activity covered by the gift certificate can be replaced by another activity offered by Cors'Aventure, provided that the value of the latter is less than or equal to the activity mentioned on the gift certificate. However, it is possible to undertake an activity with a higher value by paying the difference.
IMPORTANT: The gift certificate has an expiration date. Once the validity period has passed (current year), the service will be considered executed and cannot be carried forward. The beneficiary and/or purchaser cannot claim any refund or compensation.
The gift certificate and personalized document must be presented on the day of the outing to the instructor in charge of the session.
The outing will be guaranteed if the minimum required number of participants is met and if weather conditions allow the activity to be conducted safely.
ART. 12 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties will endeavor to resolve any difficulties that may arise in the execution of the contract amicably. If no amicable agreement can be reached, all disputes relating to the validity, interpretation and execution of this agreement shall be governed exclusively by French law.
All disputes, whatever their nature, shall fall under the jurisdiction of French civil and commercial courts, including those ruling in summary proceedings.
ART. 1 – RESERVATION
All our activities including equipment rental (canyoning, kayaking and water sports base) are by reservation only. The reservation is confirmed once the subscriber receives a confirmation email.
Article 1: The rental period cannot be changed without the agreement of Cors'Aventure and within its capabilities.
Article 2: A 30% deposit on the rental price is payable upon reservation. This deposit will be retained by the owner if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the rental. The renter agrees to pay the balance of the amount no later than 8 days before taking possession of the equipment as well as a security deposit upon taking the equipment. If the rental is cancelled by Cors'Aventure for weather reasons, the deposit will be refunded.
Article 3: The rental amount will be retained by the owner whether or not the renter has used the equipment during the rental, for whatever reason.
Article 4: Should the owner be unable to provide use of the designated equipment as a result of damage during the previous rental or any other obstacle beyond his control, on the agreed date, the owner has the full right to make available to the renter equivalent equipment.
Article 5: Only navigation less than 5 nautical miles from the coast is authorized. The renter agrees to carry the number of persons specified by the manufacturer. The renter shall be solely responsible to maritime services and customs, trials, fines, prosecutions and confiscations incurred by themselves in case of involuntary fault on their part. In case of seizure of rented boat, the renter must pay the owner a mandatory contractual indemnity corresponding to the current rental rate.
Article 6: The renter is required to return the equipment in good working condition and order, with all its equipment, as it was at departure. If the return condition is satisfactory, the security deposit is returned to the renter.
Article 7: If damage or loss of equipment or accessories is found, the renter is required to pay for repair or replacement. The return of the security deposit will be deferred until the insurance company pays the repair or replacement invoices. This refund will be made taking into account the non-reimbursable excess of the insurance company and all incidental costs that would have resulted from the damage.
Article 8: The renter is required to return the boat and equipment within the agreed timeframe.
Article 9: In case of damage, the renter is required to urgently notify Cors'Aventure and request instructions.
Article 10: Loss of enjoyment resulting from damage occurring during this rental and not attributable to Cors'Aventure will not be subject to any refund of the rental amount, even partial.
Article 11: Subletting is strictly prohibited.
Article 12: All legal fees resulting from this rental will be charged to the renter.
Article 13: For any disputes relating to the execution of this contract and without amicable agreement, jurisdiction is expressly granted to the courts of Corsica.
ART. 2 – PRICING
Rental rates are displayed on the website and in the activities brochure.
Prices include: rental of technical equipment.
Below are the different rental packages:
Canyoning shoe rental
Sea kayak single or double-seater Sit-on-top rotomod by the hour, half-day, full day or several weeks
Sea kayak single or double-seater Prijon hiking for several days
Paddle boards, Fun Boats and Hobitcat16 catamarans
Prices do not include: rental of additional equipment (e.g., GoPro, mobile phone), transportation to the activity location (meeting point and practice site) and personal expenses.
ART. 3 – PAYMENT METHOD

A security deposit of €200 is required for rotomod kayaks and a security deposit of €500 is required for Prijon kayaks and will be returned upon return of the equipment. The balance must be paid no later than 8 days before taking the equipment.
Opening hours will be mentioned when equipment is handed over.
ART. 4 – INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
In the case of sports practice with equipment, and especially in the case of rental of sports equipment (outside of activities supervised by an instructor), the client acknowledges having sufficient knowledge and technical skills to practice this sports activity alone. The client practices in this case entirely at their own risk and peril the activity for which the said equipment is rented. SARL Cors'Aventure cannot be held responsible in case of accident that may occur during said unsupervised activity.
The team and SARL Cors'Aventure do not have the means to verify the sports skill level of their clients, it is therefore up to each participant/client to have evaluated their physical fitness, knowledge and skills based on what they wish to undertake.
ART. 5 – INSURANCE
SARL Cors'Aventure is insured for Professional Liability for the activities it provides and its liability cannot be engaged for any incident or accident that may occur during an unsupervised activity.
Furthermore, we strongly advise each participant to be covered by liability insurance and/or individual accident insurance with an insurer of their choice for the practice of mountain sports.
The practice of outdoor activities takes place in a specific environment called "high-risk".
Each participant is aware that, given the specific nature of the activities practiced, they may incur certain risks due in particular to remoteness, isolation and the specific nature of the activity and environment (river, cave, etc.). They assume them knowingly and must comply with safety rules and follow the recommendations of delegated federations (FFME) and competent authorities (DDCSPP, municipality and prefecture).
The participant/client is responsible for the equipment assigned to them. SARL Cors'Aventure cannot be held responsible for damages caused by this equipment. In case of theft, loss or damage to rented equipment, the participant/client will be asked to pay compensation for wear or full replacement cost.
SARL Cors'Aventure cannot be held responsible for loss, theft (including in vehicles) or damage to objects (e.g., glasses, cameras, etc.) that participants may bring with them during the activity.
ART. 6 – CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION
6.1 Cancellation by the client
– A 30% deposit on the rental price is payable upon signing the rental contract.
– This deposit will be retained by the owner if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the rental.
– The renter agrees to pay the balance of the amount and the security deposit amount, no later than 8 days before taking possession of the equipment.
6.2 Cancellation by Cors'Aventure
– If the rental is cancelled by Cors'Aventure for weather reasons, the deposit will be refunded.
