Canyon Ajaccio/Corte/Aleria - Vecchio Aquatic hiking : wild and wonferdul setting, full-day excursion, from 12 years-old

30min drive only from Corte and 1h drive from Ajaccio, Porticcio and Aléria

This canyon is a real jewel, an excursion that you will never forget!

Aquatic hiking is like canyoning, with natural slides, jumps, swimming and walking in the river, but there is no rope use (no rappelling or zipline, we do not even wear a harness). 

It is perfect for a first experience for example or for people who want to do a full day excursion in a magnificent environment!

Full day excursion, please allow your lunch box and a big bottle of water per person

The tour stars with a 30min walk to reach the canyon. 

Aquatic hike will take around 3 to 4 around, with a lunch break riverside. 

We will get back to the meeting point with a 45min walk. 

Helmet, neoprene outfit, canyoning backpack, canyoning shoes and waterproof containers will be provided when getting ready. 

The activity is supervised by a state-certified guide. 

This activity is accessible from 12 years-old / Please note that you must know how to swim

The highest jump is 12 meters high / JUMPS ARE NOT OBLIGATORY

Meeting is at 9.30am everyday, by reservation, in July and August only

Personal stuff to bring the day of the excursion:

• Pair of socks
• Lunch box and water (minimum 1L / person)
• Swimming suit/trunks

Itinerary:

• 1h drive from Ajaccio. Drive towards Corte on the T20. Pass the restaurant Le Chalet, drive 500m and stop at the car park on your left (Lookout point), before arriving in Vivario. 
• 30min from Corte. Drive towards Ajaccio on the T20. Cross Vivario village and meet at the 1st car park on your right (Lookout point)
